BBMOD_MixVec2Module

A constructor defined in bbmod_mixvec2module.gml

Extends BBMOD_ParticleModule

new BBMOD_MixVec2Module([_property[, _from[, _to[, _separate]]]])

Description

A universal particle module that randomly mixes initial values of particles' two consecutive properties between two values when they are spawned.

Arguments

Name Type Description
_property Real The first of the two consecutive properties. Use values from BBMOD_EParticle. Defaults to undefined.
_from Struct.BBMOD_Vec2 The value to mix from. Defaults to (0, 0).
_to Struct.BBMOD_Vec2 The value to mix to. Defaults to _from.
_separate Bool If true, then each component is mixed independently on other components, otherwise all components are mixed using the same factor. Defaults to true.

Properties

Name Description
From The initial value to mix from. Default value is (0, 0).
Property The first of the two consecutive properties. Use values from BBMOD_EParticle. Default value is undefined.
Separate If true, then each component is mixed independently on other components. Default value is true.
To The initial value to mix to. Default value is the same as BBMOD_MixVec2Module.From.

Enabled If true then the module is enabled. Defaults value is true.

Inherited methods

Name Description
on_finish Executed once at the end of the emitter's emission cycle. Never executed if the emitted particle system is looping!
on_particle_finish Executed when a particle dies.
on_particle_start Executed when a new particle is spawned.
on_start Executed at the beginning of the emitter's emission cycle and every time it loops.
on_update Executed every time the emitter is updated.
