Applies function ceil
to each component of the vector and returns the result as a new vector.
Struct.BBMOD_Vec4
The created vector.
// => BBMOD_Vec4(1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0):
new BBMOD_Vec4(0.2, 1.6, 2.4, 3.1).Ceil();
